Booking an appointment at Brow Bar

Hello Beauties, Effective 1/1/2021 in effort to keep everyone safe and as healthy as possible Brow Bar will require proof of  Negative COVID-19 test or antibodies results or vaccination proof for all procedures booked at Brow Bar.  Thanks for understanding. Stay Safe! 

  • All procedures require an appointment. We do not allow any walk ins. When booking a appointment $10-$50 non refundable (for any reason) deposit  is required depending on service with credit card or debit card. We now offer booking directly threw Google also! We will call you to secure your deposit, if were not able to secure deposit your appointment will be canceled until you reschedule with your deposit. Deposit is transferable ask for details. All new clients must have a consultation. Consultations are free with any booked service. Consultation only is $50-$100. Please select consultation type when booking. Consultation value can be used for future appointments ask for details. We accept credit cards, debits cards, Zelle and cash for balances due. Tips are welcome in cash only. Please no credit cards for tips as various artist work at the studio. It's easier. 

  • To book an appointment you can call us at 973 960-6866 or book on this website by clicking book online select your service and proceed from there. We do not book any appointments via text message or email. Once booked you will receive a phone call with in 24 to 48 hours from us to finalize and  secure the appointment. Please allow extra time if its a holiday or a day were closed. 

  • We reserve the right to be selective about working on previous artist work. During your consultation we will evaluate the current state of the previous brow, eyeliner or lip procedure and determine the treatment plan if applicable from there. 

  • We do our best to provide you with quality service procedures however healed results  vary with each client due to the unpredictability of the human skin and life style.  NO guarantees are made regarding the outcome of any procedure. 

  • We can not "have a quick talk about your brows" we can not let you stop by so we can "take a quick look at your brows" and tell you what we think, instead please book a consultation appointment. 

  • If you need to cancel an appointment please call or text us 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled one time using the initial $50.00 deposit. Appointment must be rescheduled with in 3 days or deposit is forfeited. If you cancel a second time the deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit fee to rebook your appointment. No call,no show, will result in 50% service fee of scheduled service amount also we will note this in our records and will not offer you future appointments with us. Cancellations made the day of appointment will result in 50%  service fee charge of the scheduled service, regardless of the reason. The appointment time slot is set aside for you once you book and is no longer available to another beauty who may have wanted the same time slot.  We respect your time and we ask that you respect  our time also. We can not be held responsible for any misunderstanding that result from clients not reading our policies as advised on all appointment communications. 

  • We are very strict with appointments times. Our services start and end on time as a courtesy to our next guest and PMU professional. We try to accommodate all late arrivals however if your more than 10 minutes late we may cancel and reschedule your appointment.

  • As a courtesy we confirm all appointments the day before via text message and your also sent a email reminder from wixbookings.com. If you do not read all the information in the appointment reminder text message  and email we can not be held responsible for any misunderstanding. 

  • Please note due to the nature of our boutique studio no children are allowed. Please respect the right to peaceful atmosphere for all guest. 

  • No additional adults are allowed in the procedure room while procedure is being performed.

 

  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

  • All service sales are final. No Refunds.
