Eyeliner training is an advanced PMU course and only offered to current PMU artist. You must have prior PMU artist experience for a minimum of 6 months and proof of certification along with your Osha Blood Born & Pathogens certification. You can learn top or bottom eyeliner. This is a hands on course. This is a 1 day course. ***You must bring your model. No kit will be supplied.***
